Rolling ball
The game requires an area about the size of a basketball court. It can be played both indoors and outdoors.
Players are divided into two teams of up to 5–6 players each. Two goals, each three meters wide, are marked on the baselines. The halves are decided by drawing lots, and another draw determines which team starts. The game begins from the center line.
The rules of football apply, with one major difference: the ball may only be rolled by hand.
Players are not allowed to touch the ball with their feet, and the ball must not rise above knee height. After a goal, the team that conceded it restarts the game.
If a player kicks the ball with their foot, a penalty is awarded against their team. The penalty is taken from a distance of seven meters.
At the beginning of the game, agree on whether to appoint permanent goalkeepers, or to place someone in goal only during penalty rolls.
A lightning match is played to three goals, so the final score can be 3–0, 3–1, or 3–2.
Alternatively, the game can also be played in timed halves.
A játékhoz egy kosárlabda nagyságú terület szükséges. Játszhatjuk teremben is, szabadban is. A játékosokat két – legfeljebb 5-6 fős – csoportra osztjuk. A két, egyenként három méteres kaput kijelöljük az alapvonalakon. Az egyes térfeleket kisorsoljuk. A kezdésről újabb sorsolás dönt. A játék a félpályáról indul. A foci szabályai érvényesek rá, azzal a különbséggel, hogy a labdát csak kézzel szabad gurítani. A labdához lábbal nem szabad hozzáérni és nem emelkedhet térdmagasság fölé. Gól után a gólt kapott csapat kezd. Lábbal rúgás esetén büntetőt kell ítélni a vétkes csapat ellen. Ezt 7 méterről kell végrehajtani. A játék elején állapodjunk meg abban, hogy állandó kapusokat kinevezzünk-e, vagy csak a büntető gurításakor állítunk be valakit a kapuba. A villám-meccs három gólig megy, tehát az eredmény 3:O, 3:l vagy 3:2 lehet. Játszhatjuk félidőkkel, időre is…
