Description:
Mark out a rectangular playing field with a goal area at each end. Then divide the players into two teams. Each team has its own half of the field and its own flag, which they place in their goal area. The two halves are separated by a rope.
The objective of the game is for a team to capture the opposing team’s flag and bring it back to their own side as quickly as possible. Players can stop opponents by tagging them when they are on their team’s territory. When tagged, a player is “frozen” and must remain in place until a teammate “rescues” them by touching them.
The aim is to defend your own flag while trying to capture the opponent’s. The flag must not be thrown. If a player carrying the flag is tagged, the flag is returned to its original position, and the tagged player must stay where they were caught.

Leírás: Kijelölünk egy téglalap alakú pályát, és a két végében a kaput. Ezt követően a játékosokat két csoportra osztjuk. Mindkét csapatnak lesz egy-egy térfele, és egy-egy zászlója. A zászlót mindenik csapat a saját kapujába teszi. A két térfelet egy kötéllel választjuk el egymástól. A játékosok célja az, hogy minél hamarabb megszerezzék az ellenfél zászlóját és azt átvigyék a saját térfelükre. Ezt úgy lehet megakadályozni, hogy ha valaki az ellenfél területén van, meg kell érinteni, ilyenkor az illető „lefagy”, abban a helyben kell állnia addig, ameddig valaki a saját csapatából „kiszabadítja”, tehát megérinti. A játékban arra kell törekedni, hogy védjük a saját zászlónkat, de ugyanakkor szerezzük meg a másik csapatét is. A zászlót dobálni nem szabad, és ha egy olyan személyt érintettek el, akinek a kezében volt a zászló, akkor a zászlót visszatesszük az eredeti helyére, és az illető játékos ott marad, ahol elfogták.

Descriere: Marcăm o pistă dreptunghiulară, cu câte o poartă la fiecare capăt. Jucătorii sunt apoi împărțiți în două grupe. Fiecare echipă va avea un teren și un steag. Fiecare echipă pune steagul în propria poartă. Cele două jumătăți ale terenului sunt separate de o frânghie. Scopul jucătorilor este să ia cât mai repede steagul adversarului și să-l ducă pe propriul teren. Acest lucru poate fi împiedicat prin atingerea unui jucător care este pe teritoriul adversarului, caz în care acesta va rămâne pe loc, va fi „înghețat” până când cineva din propria echipă îl eliberează, atingându-l. Scopul jocului este protejarea propriului steag, dar și capturarea steagului celeilalte echipe. Steagul nu se poate arunca, iar dacă este atinsă persoana care are steagul în mână, rămâne pe loc, „înghețat”, iar steagul se va duce la locul său inițial.
